CHALLENGE – As the Associate Creative Director at Calyx Wellness, I was tasked with overseeing all creative projects and developing the visual identity for brand packaging, promotional and educational materials. My goal was to lead the creative team to produce high-quality work that aligned with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
SOLUTION –To achieve this goal, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop advertising campaigns for various platforms. I provided guidance and feedback to my team of designers to ensure their work met the highest standards of quality. Additionally, I stayed up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continually innovate and elevate brand creative.
RESULTS – Under my leadership, the creative team at Calyx Wellness produced exceptional work that helped elevate the brand's image and grow its customer base. I oversaw the development and execution of all digital marketing materials, including website design and social media content. I managed relationships with external vendors, including printers and photographers, to ensure all work was produced to the highest standards. By continually assessing and improving our creative processes, we were able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team while staying within the budget.
